Roles and Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement AI-driven use cases using Salesforce AI capabilities(Einstein, Agent force, and predictive analytics).
- Integrate and manage Salesforce Data Cloud for unified data architecture, enhancing customer insights and analytics.
- AI & Data Cloud Expertise: Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive AI models within Salesforce to support sales, service, and marketing workflows.
- Configure and optimize Data Cloud to unify customer data from multiple sources, ensuring real-time insights and actionable recommendations.
- Drive the adoption of AI features across the organization, including natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and advanced analytics.
- Core Cloud Proficiency: Configure and customize Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) to align with business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of solution capabilities.
- Deliver workshops, training, and documentation to enable user adoption and effective utilization of Salesforce solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and Data Cloud innovations to provide forward-looking solutions.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.
Required Skills & Desired Skills:
- Salesforce Expertise: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant(e.g., Sales/Service Cloud), and Salesforce AI + Data Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, GPT integrations) and Data Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (flows, process builder, validation rules).
- Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Ability to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities
