Movate is looking for Sales Enablement Specialists/ Assistant Managers with IT/ tech services expertise to empower sales teams with targeted content, ABM, and hunting support. This role ensures our offerings remain top-of-mind for existing clients and prospects while improving sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with sales goals.
  • Conduct custom research and cull out personalized pitches based on the customer scenarios
  • Create targeted sales content (pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, brochures, emails, etc.) to support account-based marketing (ABM) and account growth.
  • Equip sales teams with the right content assets and insights to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, CoE, and delivery teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Track and report on the impact of sales enablement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • MBA is required
  • 2-3 years in sales enablement or presales support in IT/ tech services.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, AI/ digital solutions, and IT/ tech services.
  • Strong communication, research, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of sales performance analysis.
