Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- A person with effective problem-solving, listening, and decision-making abilities
- Someone who can assist peers in communicating more effectively in English and enhance the overall customer experience
- Experienced or fresher is eligible for the post.(0 to 3 years of experience)
- Should be open to work in night shifts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Graduation in any field.

Technical Skill Requirements:
- Basic knowledge on Computer Hardware & Windows Operating systems
- Basic knowledge on Networking concepts and Wireless 802.11 standards
- Excellent knowledge on SOHO Networking: Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting Wired & Wireless Products (Includes Routers/Mesh, Access Points, Modems and other Networking devices)
- Ability to effectively use online search engines at basic and advanced levels
- Expertise in Consumer electronic devices & their terminologies.
