On April 3, 2025, the Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, Texas, became the convergence point for senior technology leaders at the 17th Annual Dallas C-Level Technology Leadership Summit, hosted by HMG Strategy. This summit convened over 500 CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other senior technology executives to exchange visionary insights and strategies around the technology supercycle of innovation, disruption, and invention.
As a Gold Partner of the summit, Movate had a unique perch and showcased its cutting-edge AI innovation. The team included me, Srijit Menon, and Syriac Joswin. It was a “meeting of the minds” as we hobnobbed with industry leaders to showcase Movate’s transformative AI solutions to help leaders navigate the innovation supercycle.
This event provided that much-needed peek into the minds of the decision makers. The spotlight was squarely on AI — not just its potential, but its real-world challenges and opportunities. Conversations reflected the pulse of industry leaders navigating the next phase of digital evolution.
5 perspectives straight from our booth
- The push beyond pilot AI projects: A recurring theme was the struggle to scale AI initiatives beyond initial pilot programs. Many executives highlighted the complexities of embedding AI into every functional level of the enterprise — from operations and finance to HR and customer support. The focus is shifting toward sustainable and scalable implementation strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
- Pivoting to AI-led transformation: Another key insight was the need for organizations to shift gears from traditional digital transformation agendas to more AI-led strategies.
