  • Assisting the USA customers through answering Live chats.
  • Should be capable of handling multiple chats.

Required Skills & Desired Skills :

  • Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.
  • Must be flexible to work in rotational night shift. 
  • Should have basic technical knowledge on, Router, modem , Ip Address, and basics of troubleshooting steps.
