- Assisting the USA customers through answering Live chats.
- Should be capable of handling multiple chats.
Required Skills & Desired Skills :
- Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.
- Must be flexible to work in rotational night shift.
- Should have basic technical knowledge on, Router, modem , Ip Address, and basics of troubleshooting steps.
