With over 34 years of experience, Marcy plays a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering high-performing teams, and aligning customer strategies with evolving market needs.
Beginning her career as an agent, Marcy advanced to senior executive roles, including President/COO. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, she has led a wide range of functions, including Operations, HR, Recruiting, Training, Quality, Account Management, PMO, Sales, and Compliance. Her industry expertise spans diverse sectors such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecom, Insurance, Travel and Leisure, Retail, Collections, Government, Streaming Services, Gaming, and Disaster Recovery.
Marcy is a results-driven and strategic leader, known for her ability to anticipate market trends, identify opportunities, and create sustainable growth.
